Frequently asked questions

What is the return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy on unused products in their original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, used products cannot be returned. If your brush arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately for a replacement.

Are EDMONDS tools safe for heat styling and professional chemical use?

Yes. All of our brushes and combs are built from high-impact matte composite materials that resist heat up to 450°F and are 100% safe for daily immersion in Barbicide, color treatments, and sanitizing solutions.

When will I get my order?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard US orders are delivered within 3–5 business days, while international orders take an estimated 6–9 days to arrive. Expedited shipping options for faster delivery are calculated at checkout.

Where are your products manufactured?

EDMONDS tools are designed in the USA and crafted using premium matte composite frames, carbon-reinforced anti-static polymers, and high-density flex bristles. Every product is engineered to meet strict professional durability and performance standards.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer flat-rate standard shipping of $5.95 on all domestic US orders, with free standard shipping on US orders over $50. For international orders, standard shipping is a flat rate of $25.00, with free international shipping on orders over $200.00. Expedited shipping options are calculated at checkout.
